week there, <emotion>to much mutual satisfaction,</emotion> and blessing,
they both conducted me to the Ferry boat, and my d<hi rend="underline"><hi rend="superscript">r</hi></hi>
said at parting, "From this moment I will trouble
myself about nothing in this world, but how I may
experience more of the love of Jesus in my heart.
Her husband was of the same mind, and a few weeks
after I heard, that they were both gone happily to
our Saviour. I went from my Sister's house by way
of <placename>Christiansfeld</placename> to the Synod in <placename>Barby</placename>, which
proved in many <sic>aespects</sic>  <corr>aspects</corr> a great blessing to me;
On my return I went to <placename>Alsatia</placename>, and visited my
dear late <add>dr</add> wife's relations, among whom I found 
several who loved our Saviour with sincerity, and
having spent among them as much time as I
could spare to mutual satisfaction, I returned
and arrived safe again at <placename>London</placename> in the month
of <date>November</date> the same <add>year</add>; and the following spring
we went according to our new appointment,
at the Synod, to <placename>Fulneck</placename>, to serve that dear
Cong<hi rend="underline"><hi rend="superscript">n</hi></hi><hi rend="superscript"></hi>, and to have again the care of the two
Child<hi rend="underline"><hi rend="superscript">n's</hi></hi><hi rend="superscript"></hi> <sic>Oeconomies</sic>  <corr>Economies</corr>, and arrived there on <date>March
the 24</date><hi rend="underline"><hi rend="superscript"><date>th</date></hi></hi><hi rend="superscript"></hi><date> 1776</date>, <date>March 29</date><hi rend="underline"><hi rend="superscript"><date>th</date></hi></hi><hi rend="superscript"></hi><date> 1784</date>, it pleased our
dear Lord to take away my faithful and beloved
wife into her eternal rest, after a long and pain
-ful illness, which <emotion>was a very affecting loss to me.</emotion>
