even sunk into nothing, or went Home to Him
to Him that very moment, This lasted upon
and down with me for some time til the windows
of my Heart began to [apear], which made me think
I had deceived myself, Though at times I did feel
to the contrary and cou'd not give it up, About this
time there arose a dispute about Doctrines such
as Perfection Reprobation and the like which put
me to Reasoning and often times made me uneasy
in my mind when I did enter upon them, we
had [severall] meetings to try to Reconcile it
but to no purpose, For in a little time Mr.
Connick and Twenty four more of us was put out
along with Him out of the society, We went and
took a little Room where we did meet together
every Evening and had a pretty feeling amongst
us, so that when we had a Love feast for
want of Room we was forc'd to [keep?] it in
the open Fields, and the [spirrit] of love was felt
amongst us, so that many of those that
did stand of at a distance at the outside
of hedges that did not belong to us did
not go away without a blessing, But as
Winter was coming on Mr. Connick was
[Resoue'd] to [Bild] a [Scool] House, Bought a piece
of ground and had it Cover'd before Winter
though there was many oppositions made
