Day, & was sure, that this would be his last Festi,
val & <sic>Comunion</sic> <corr>Communion</corr> here below. The Visit of several 
Brn. & Srs. & particularly of our dr. <persname>Br.</persname><persname> Johannas</persname>
proved a special Joy to him. He looked with Patience
& Faith to meet his Departure, & received <add>for it</add> the Blessing
of the Lord & the Cong<hi rend="underline">rn</hi>. whereupon he departed 
softly & happily on the <date>11</date><hi rend="superscript"><date>th</date></hi><date>. of Sept.</date> in the 74<hi rend="superscript">th</hi>.

& his holy Word, & the Passion Hymns proved at all
Times in the Year a Refreshment to her. She was
a special Friend of the <persname>Rev</persname><hi rend="superscript"><persname>d</persname></hi><persname>. M</persname><hi rend="superscript"><persname>r</persname></hi><persname>. Schwedler</persname> & frequent-
ed his Preachings & other Meetings very diligently
& took me very often to him, when he then, as often
as I came to him even still in my 12<hi rend="superscript">th</hi>. Year, fell
