all occasions by night &amp; day was a great comfort<br />
to her &amp; all about her. On the <date>27</date><hi rend="superscript"><date>th</date></hi><date> of March</date> in<br />
the Evening she desired her husband to bless her<br />
for her departure, which (says he) I did with<br />
a feeling in my heart, which I am not able to<br />
describe, delivering her up in a short prayer to<br />
her eternal husband &amp; pronouncing the Church&#39;s<br />
blessing upon her in the presence of several <abbr>S</abbr><hi rend="superscript"><abbr>rs</abbr></hi>,<br />
who shed many tears on the occasion. On<br />
<date>Monday the 29</date><hi rend="superscript"><date>th</date></hi> about noon, we saw that her<br />
dissolution drew near. She said, in broken<br />
words to me: &quot;My faults are endless&quot; &amp; upon<br />
asking her: Do you feel our <abbr>Sav</abbr><hi rend="superscript"><abbr>rs</abbr></hi> gracious nearness<br />
in your heart she answered, &quot;I do.&quot; Then I<br />
said: When you come to our Saviour, will you<br />
kiss his <abbr>thro&#39;bred</abbr> feel for us? She bowed her<br />
head &amp; smiled: &amp; then her breath <abbr>stop&#39;d</abbr>, &amp; her<br />
dear bought soul entered into her Lords joy in<br />
the 57<hi rend="superscript">th</hi> year of her age.
