before his departure, he desired the 2
last chapters of the Book of Revelation
to be read to him interspersed with sing-
ing; & in the last night of his life, when
his voice was thought to have already
left him, he revived & sang: "My soul
don't dely, &c, &, The souls that believe
in Paradide live &c. No.435 Aug. 22d
in the morning before 10 o'clock, it
pleased our dr Lord, to send his holy
angel, to convey the ransomed soul of
this his faithful servant into his eter-
nal rest, & thus release him from all
sorrow for ever. His age was 66 years
& 4 months.
